Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Active, Hands-on, Motivational TEAM Leadership.
Our project managers are physically involved in all installation tasks - Comprehensive Knowledge of Hardscapes and Aquascapes Installations
- General Landscaping Experience and Spanish Knowledge Skills
- Schedule, Prioritize, and Implement TEAM Tasks- Daily, Weekly and Monthly
- Timely and Accurate Tracking and Daily Reporting of Project Progress
- Interpret & Implement Designs within Contracts and Budgets
- Troubleshoot and Adjust Designs to meet Site Conditions
- Coordinate Ordering and Delivery of Materials to Job Sites
- Be Flexible, Creative, and Efficient in Scheduling and Producing Quality Work
- Be Customer-Focused:
Customer Satisfaction = Actual Performance / Customer Expectation - Development, Training, and Evaluation of TEAM Members
- Develop and Implement Foreman Training Program
- Proper Maintenance and Safe Use of Equipment
